1. What NuxaTV is
NuxaTV is a media player and electronic programme guide application for Android TV, Google TV, Android phones and tablets. NuxaTV plays playlists and streams you add, such as Xtream Codes accounts and M3U playlists you are entitled to use.
NuxaTV supplies playback software and a guide interface. A NuxaTV licence does not include channels, films, series, playlists or access credentials. You may add an M3U playlist URL or, for a compatible Xtream Codes source, enter the server address, username and password supplied by your authorised provider. Playback and guide availability depend on that source and your device.
2. Using the app
- Use only sources and content you are authorised to access, and follow the provider’s terms and applicable copyright law.
- An account is needed for the planned trial and paid licence. Pro includes encrypted cloud backup and restore on supported devices.
- To request deletion of your NuxaTV account and associated cloud data, contact us using the address below.
- You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose and not to attempt to circumvent its technical protections.
3. Trial and Pro
The planned Free trial lasts seven days. Once trial access is enabled, a Pro licence is required after the trial to keep using the player. The trial does not charge you automatically.
When website checkout is available, a payment of €24.99 purchases one year of Pro. Website purchases do not renew automatically. For store purchases, the store shows the applicable price, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase.
4. Refunds and consumer rights
For website purchases, contact us about cancellation or refunds. For purchases made through a store, you can also use that store’s refund process. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal.
5. Copyright and rights reports
Programme names, artwork, channels and third-party marks belong to their respective rights holders. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation. For a rights report concerning NuxaTV or its website, email us with the affected URL or app screen, the work involved, your relationship to the rights holder and a way to contact you.
6. Availability and changes
We strive to keep NuxaTV and its cloud services available around the clock, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and force majeure are excluded from any availability promise. We may change features and prices with notice; existing paid subscriptions keep their price while they renew without interruption.
7. Liability
NuxaTV is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the app, interruption of services or content from third-party sources, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. For consumers, mandatory statutory rights always remain unaffected.
8. Ending your account
You can request account deletion at any time through the contact address below. We may suspend accounts that are used unlawfully or abusively, always with prior notice where reasonable. We process deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection law. Records we must retain by law may be kept for the required period.
